Cinderblocks to full communities! It takes a good foundation to build homes that will become a community.

We proudly use our Pueblo values of providing for all community members, to provide the foundation for our vision of building New Mexico communities!

Building Communities

SWPCCS is proud to announce our partnership with Kootz Construction’s owner, John Aguilar! We have teamed up to build homes and businesses for New Mexico families in under-served areas. Both companies are 100% Native American owned and operated and are proud to provide increased opportunities for under-represented Native American owned subcontractors as part of our work!

John is a member of San Felipe Pueblo and has over 20 years of extensive construction experience. He has worked for tribal housing authorities and has provided volunteer electrical work for Habitat for Humanity. He brings his skills in project management, design and residential construction.

Together we plan on providing superior quality to communities that often are neglected due to their remote location or if they’re on tribal land. We can meet the needs of all of New Mexico’s communities and look forward to our future growth!
